SPECIAL EVENTS
Villa Marina Hotel as an organization is people – centred, it has some side attractions that are held annually.
One is the Family Night where the best couple in town is selected; best in terms of how much they know themselves and work in harmony with one another.
This romantic and charming event is designed to celebrate the uniqueness of families as it unveils the importance of family unity under a serene atmosphere. The message has a far reaching result beyond fun as it is tailored towards our resolve to be a pacesetter in promoting, enhancing and sustaining relaxation and tourism.
It is held every 1st October. Family Night is blessed with special rendition of our award winning and melodious Villa Voices, Live band, Songs, Traditional and Cultural Dances, Riddles and Jokes spiced with traditional cuisines and our popular valentine cocktail. Winning couples are entitled to 2 Nights free accommodation and feeding on 25th and 26th December of the given year. The couple’s marriage anniversary is also sponsored by our Hotel.
CHILDREN’S PARTY As the Christmas approaches every year we set aside a day to celebrate the children. Our aim is to entertain, amuse, educate, inform, sensitize and socialize children, thereby creating extra – curricular activities and prepare them for Christmas celebration.
This is “Miss Villa” and “Prince Excellence” event which aims at promoting and encouraging knowledge of current affairs and academic excellence among pupils of primary school of age. The Queens and Princes we have so far are clearly outstanding in knowledge and are scholarship materials. We recommend them to corporate bodies for sponsorship.
